If only our feet can talk, boy, would we be receiving an earful from them for sure! I can’t even remember how many times I have subjected my feet in such rude, abusive circumstances—and I’m sure you’re feeling the same way. So here are a few ways for you to make sure you treat them kindly.

Because you know, at the end of the day, there’s still nothing else that can compare to going home with happy feet smiling up at you.

Exercise your Feet

Your feet have muscles—just like the rest of your body. How can you expect them to stay strong if you don’t give it exercise? If running is not your thing, that’s alright. Just walk for thirty minutes to an hour every day.

Choose Comfortable Shoes… Always

You’ve probably heard it before—but we’re going to say it again anyway. No matter how gorgeous it looks when you try them on, if it’s NOT comfortable, you’re going to end up regretting you bought them in the first place.

Observe Proper Hygiene

Wash your feet. Everyday. Give it a foot spa, at least once a month. Use foot powder when you’re wearing closed shoes, and always wear fresh socks. Bacteria multiplies fast, and your feet are no stranger to bacteria especially when they’re moist.

It doesn’t take much to make your feet happy, just remember to stick to these rules, and your toes will be wiggling with glee more frequently than ever!
